Absolutely! When you sign up for a free consultation or book an audio or video package, just let us know who you would like us to interview. We'll follow up with additional questions and help you and your friend or loved one prepare for the interview recording session.
When will my personalized life story web page be available?
Your personalized life story web page will be available online approximately 10 business days after your last recording session and the submission of all photos and media. You will receive a notification and link once it is online for you to review. Once you approve, we'll make available to others you nominate.
You already "published" my life story. Can I add more later?
Of course! Simply contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your additional requests.
Why Life Stories Revered?
We believe storytelling should be simple and in your voice. You tell your story, we do the rest. We don't make you fill out complicated forms, and you don't have to write anything. Just schedule a session and talk.
Who owns the content?
GPFour owns the lifestoriesrevered.com website and personalized web pages. You own the personalized elements on your web page, including any audio / video files, transcripts and any photographs or media you supply. We will provide you with digital copies of all your files.
Can I download my personalized web page?
You cannot download your personalized web page. However, we can make available for you to download the personalized elements on your web page, including any audio / video files, transcripts and any photographs or media you supply.
How can I share my life story with family and friends?
Once published, we will send you a link that you can forward to anyone you wish.
Payments and Billing
How do I pay for a package?
After the recording session is complete, GPFour Inc will invoice you for the amount agreed. After payment in full is received, and when your personalized web page is finished, then GPFour Inc will publish the site. If payment is not received, the web page will not be published.
Do you charge sales tax?
Utah state sales tax is incorporated into the total price you pay.
Are the fees refundable?
If you are not satisfied with the results you may receive a full refund. Any personalized web pages will be removed, and you will not have access to view or download any recordings or transcripts.
What methods of payment to you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
How many questions can be covered in an hour?
This depends a great deal on the nature of the question and the person responding. Generally speaking, a person may spend 1 - 3 minutes answering a single question. However, some people like to talk and may take longer. We have had people take up to 17 minutes to answer one question!
How do you come up with the questions?
We will work with you to determine the questions to ask and their priority. We encourage you to schedule a free consultation with one of our Life Story Consultants to address any questions you might have and help you prepare for a recording session.
What if I want to include more questions?
We want you to share your story. If more questions are desired than time allows, we are happy to schedule additional recording sessions to accommodate. Additional sessions cost less than the first one hour recording session.
How many chapters can be created for a one hour interview
Generally speaking, we try to structure chapters to be between 5 - 10 minutes in length. The number of chapters may vary for a one hour interview depending on the length of the chapters.
How can I reschedule my recording session?
If you created a Life Stories Revered account, you may view and reschedule your bookings online. If not, please contact us via email, phone or chat and we will be happy to find a time more suitable for you.
I wish to cancel my recording session. Is it possible?
Yes. If you created a Life Stories Revered account, you may view and reschedule your bookings online. You cannot cancel bookings online. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via email, phone or chat and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Can I schedule a recording session after business hours?
Yes. Contact us through online chat or send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to set up a user account?
Yes. With a user account you can easily view / reschedule your recording sessions and access your library of content (collections and volumes). You can also update your contact information.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click the Login icon then click the Login link. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How do I set up a user account?
Click the Login link. Then sign up either using your existing Facebook or Google account, or sign up using your email address. Follow the instructions to complete the sign up process.
How do I change my contact information?
Once you are logged in, you can click the Login dropdown and choose My Account. Update your contact information and click the "Update Info" button.
